Wicked Campers North America everything the budget backpacker needs to hit the road for their getaway weekend, week, or extended walkabout. Each van has a two-person bed, outdoor camping table and chairs, a kitchen bench fitted with sink and water supply, pans, cutlery and crockery.

Security Bond and Damage Cover Options
Liability reduction is required, additional to your daily hire rate. The liability amount can be reduced (please see website for current liability rates).

If you pay your bond by cash, $1000 minimum is required. Our depots do not keep cash overnight and are unable to refund bonds as cash. Any cash bond due for return will transferred to a bank account nominated by the hirer. Any bank fees associated with this are to be borne by the hirer.

Remote Depot Drop off
Campers dropped off at these locations must: be cleaned internally and externally, ensure oil and water levels are correct. Cleaning and service fees will apply for campers not left in the required condition

Outback Fees
If you are planning on traveling to Alaska or the Canadian Territories during the summer months, you will be required to pay a remote fee for the full duration of your hire, this may be up to $550.00.

Prohibited Areas & Road Restrictions

Travel to Alaska and the Canadian Territories during Winter is expressly forbidden and is a violation of these terms and conditions. Due to the remoteness and conditions of roads, these areas are unsafe to travel through and are prohibited at all times.


Prohibited areas include:

Anywhere south of the southern USA border (Mexico and beyond)
Any Beach, sand or island. You may travel to an island that has a regular ferry (at least twice a day) as you agree to pay for ferry fees to recover the vehicle.
Winter Prohibited areas include:

Previously listed prohibited areas.
Alaska.
Northwest Territories, Canada.
Nunavut Territory, Canada.
Yukon Territory, Canada.
Above the 55th parallel, Quebec, Canada.
