Forget about Paris, the Highlands of Scotland offer the perfect ingredients for true romance - rolling green pastures, overflowing bottles of whiskey, a mythical undersea monster! But a wee bit of a warning, which I received when I backpacked Scotland as a single guy - watch out for the Big Lassie! In case you are wondering how these two hairy coos met, we  heard it was match.com.
