Exit from the front, cross the tram rails to the other side of the road and from there take any tram. Validate your tram ticket in the yellow box on the tram (if you have just come off the metro, you don't need to validate it again) and go one stop to Ortenovo Namesti­. On the corner you will see the Hotel Plaza Alta, walk in this direction. You can see the hostel from here on your left side; just a 2 minute walk from tram stop to hostel.
