From Logan airport:
Take the free Massport shuttle bus to the MBTA (subway) station. Catch the Blue Line train to State Street station and change to the Orange Line. Take the Orange Line train outbound to Back Bay station. Follow the signs to the Clarendon Street exit and walk south three blocks to Appleton Street. Turn left onto Appleton; walk one block. 40 Berkeley is at the corner of Appleton and Berkeley Streets.

By train or subway:
Take Amtrak or the MBTA subway to Back Bay station. Follow directions above from Back Bay station to 40 Berkeley.

By car:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) to the Copley Square exit; follow signs to Copley Square. Bear right at the end of the ramp, then turn right onto Dartmouth Street. Drive two blocks down Dartmouth and turn left onto Appleton Street. 40 Berkeley is at the corner of Appleton and Berkeley Streets.
